Service Pack B.V. has been founded in 1994 and has over 25 years of knowledge and know-how. With the right amount of capacity and resources we are able to provide a solution to your product related challenge(s).

Every day the company puts professionalism and quality to the test. We are reliable and flexible with our services, allowing us to shift gears on a daily basis. The processes that fortify our services cover both manual labor as well as mechanical or automated work at our locations at the Vosdonk industrial park in Etten-Leur. We have a strong team that also utilizes its employees working from home for many daily manual labor tasks.

CSR

Corporate Social Responsibility is a policy that is desired more and more every day within different organizations. Service pack strongly believes in this policy and attains a strong market position by working together with Social Workshops, employees working from home, probation offices, Institute for Employee Insurance and is even recognized as an apprenticeship company. Service Pack continues to develop in these areas so that it can benefit and strengthen your organisation.

Service Pack follows the ETI code. The ETI Base Code is based on the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and is
an internationally recognized code for ethical labor practices.

Besides the above we also monitor our environmental effects that we have on human, nature and society. We keep an eye on reducing our energy consumption, residual waste and recycling waste.

We have been a proud member of MetWerk, since 2020, with which we are strongly committed to giving everyone a fair chance in the labor market. On average, 50% of our services are performed by people with various CSR backgrounds.

How many people does Service Pack employ?

At the moment we have about 30-40 full-time employees that we supplement with workers through temp-agencies and part-time employees to about 150. We also have about 250 people working from home. On top of that, we also support about 30-60 people from CSR that work for us.

That is completely dependent on the demand. It all comes down to which process and method is needed as a solution for your product needs. Depending on your desires we accommodate part of your production process and will scale-up or -down when necessary and can even cover 24/7.

Yes, Service Pack has a knowledgeable and experienced team with access to a large network of contacts to be able to answers all your questions and needs. From layout to execution… of course in agreement with you to ensure we meet your desires.

Yes, most definitely. We try to keep them in stock in anticipation of upcoming pick-orders. If you need boxes, then we can surely order and delivery them to you.

Does Service Pack offer gift packaging?

No, not by default. Together with you we will try to come up with a solution that meets your needs. Feel free to make an appointment with us and we will be more than happy to discuss all the options and services that we provide.

Yes, Service Pack can arrange a variety of transportation options. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will provide the options available to you.

Yes, that is possible. We are more than happy to put your products in storage and put orders together as requested that meet your customer’s expectations. We have a few options available that we would be more than happy to discuss with you personally.
